HOW TO BUY · EXPORT

How your equipment gets from Miami to your kitchen.

You shop like any online store: add to cart, choose shipping to your country and pay in USD. We consolidate in Miami and ship.

  1. 01

    Build your order

Add equipment to your cart from the catalog. One unit or a full kitchen; parts are ordered by model number.

    Go to catalog
  2. 02

    Choose shipping

At checkout you pick the destination and method: consolidated ocean freight, express air freight or pickup at our Miami warehouse (FOB). You see the cost before you pay.

  3. 03

    Pay online

Pay in USD by card or bank wire transfer. Once payment clears, we reserve your equipment with the factory.

  4. 04

    We consolidate in Miami

We receive the equipment in Miami, check that model, voltage and quantities match your order, and prepare the shipment.

  5. 05

    Shipping to your country

We ship with the method you chose and send you the shipment's commercial documents.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

You choose how far our job goes.

  • FOB Miami

We deliver the goods in Miami to your freight forwarder. You arrange international freight and import.

  • Door to door, by destination

Consolidated ocean freight or express air freight to your country. The estimated cost shows at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • With your forwarder

If you already work with a consolidator in Miami, we hand them your order ready to ship.

Shipping costs at checkout are estimates and are confirmed on the commercial invoice.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

Three things to have on hand.

  1. 1

    Your location's voltage and frequency

Many units built for the U.S. market run on 60 Hz and 115/208–230 V. Check your supply's voltage, phase and frequency; if in doubt, message us before you buy.

  2. 2

    Gas type

For gas ovens, fryers and cooking equipment, tell us whether you use natural gas or LP: it changes the unit's configuration.

  3. 3

    Space and access

Have the measurements of where the unit goes and of the doors it has to fit through. Each model's dimensions are on its spec sheet.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes. Every unit shows its price in USD, FOB Miami. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your destination. For large orders, you can request a custom quote from the cart.

Which countries do you ship to?

We work with buyers across Latin America and the Caribbean. Message us with your destination country and we'll confirm the shipping options.

Can I buy just parts?

Yes. You can order a single part or add it to an equipment order so everything ships together.

What documents will I receive?

The shipment's commercial documents, so your customs broker can clear the import in your country. Import requirements vary by destination.

How long does it take?

It depends on availability and destination: in-stock units leave Miami in 2–3 business days, and the transit time for each shipping method shows at checkout.
