Manufacturer's description
Smooth-plate electric griddle in a 800 mm module. Surface pressed from a single piece of 1.5 mm stainless steel with rounded corners, stainless steel exterior panels with Scotch-Brite finish, one-piece sides and back, and laser-cut sides so units fit flush together. 12 mm thick smooth mild steel cooking plate for even heat distribution, with a large drain hole and grease collection drawer. Incoloy armored heating elements under the plate. Thermostatic control with safety thermostat, from 110 °C to 300 °C.
