Planetary mixer for kneading, mixing and whipping. Metal body and wide base for maximum stability. 5.5-liter 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304) bowl with 2 handles. Universal motor with electronic speed control from 40 to 240 rpm (planetary motion), driving the whisk up to 500 rpm. Solid, removable safety guard in BPA-free copolyester that raises and lowers the bowl. K-type attachment hub (attachments not included). Only starts when the bowl and guard are correctly in place. Includes 3 stainless steel tools: semi-spiral hook, paddle and whisk.
