Manufacturer's description
Countertop dough sheeter, with the option to mount it on a mobile stand (optional). 500 mm long, 60 mm diameter chrome-plated steel rollers with smooth surfaces that remove easily for cleaning. Sheets from 0.1 to 27 mm thick, and roller direction reverses with a control lever (remote foot pedal available as an accessory). Safety guard with microswitch: if the guard is raised to a dangerous position, the motor stops on its own. Flour container on top and emergency stop with lock and manual reset. 400 V three-phase power.
